Mission Statement
The Lauren Serene Maxwell Memorial Fund exists to support individuals participating in Celebrate Recovery by helping remove practical barriers that may stand in the way of healing, restoration, and long-term recovery.
Established through RHUTE Haven, this fund honors Lauren’s life by extending Christ’s love through acts of compassion, generosity, and practical support.
We believe recovery is possible, hope is real, and every person deserves the opportunity to experience restoration through Jesus Christ.
Legacy Letters for Anna
One of the special purposes of this memorial fund is to preserve Lauren’s legacy for her daughter, Anna.
Individuals who receive assistance through The Lauren Serene Maxwell Memorial Fund will be asked to write a letter to Anna sharing how the support impacted their recovery journey.
These letters may include words of encouragement, gratitude, prayers, or reflections on how the assistance helped them continue moving toward healing and restoration.
Letters may be signed with a first name only or remain anonymous if preferred.
The purpose of these letters is to create a lasting gift for Anna, reminding her throughout her life that her mother’s memory continues to bring hope, healing, and encouragement to others.
RHUTE Haven will carefully preserve these letters and present them to Anna as she grows, so she can see the lives touched through her mother’s legacy.
Stewardship
RHUTE Haven Board serves as the steward of The Lauren Serene Maxwell Memorial Fund.
Every designated gift will be used to fulfill the mission of this fund and support individuals participating in Celebrate Recovery.
The fund will be administered with care, wisdom, transparency, and accountability.
Distribution of Funds
Whenever possible, assistance will be paid directly to vendors, service providers, ministries, or approved organizations rather than being distributed as cash.
All designated donations will be managed and distributed through RHUTE Haven with integrity, transparency, accountability, and Christian compassion.
